This colourful mirror height chart is a perfect resource for the nursery or key stage 1 primary classroom. Children will have fun seeing how much they have grown from the previous measurement with this attractive wall mirror. The graphics are child friendly and include Sun, Clouds and several cute animals that children can identify. There is a measure on either side of the mirror displaying heights in both cm’s and inches.
The mirror height chart comes with wall mount fixings and measures children up to a height of 130cms. It has a plastic surface for safety and coloured aluminium frame.
As well as providing a source of measurement the children can use the mirror to check out their dressing up outfit or to practice faces for discussion on emotions. Children can recognise that a reflection is representative of themselves from about 2 years of age which coincides with early language development and children develop to full self-consciousness by 4 – 5 years of age.
